We offer both virtual and in person sessions, and our team can travel directly to your warehouse to deliver hands on, site specific training tailored to your operational needs.
Do you offer on site training at our facility?
Yes. RNW can travel directly to your facility, saving your company the cost and downtime of sending multiple employees off site. We also conduct a walkthrough of your warehouse to give your team a more practical, hands on learning experience.
Are your courses compliant with national and local rack safety standards?
Absolutely. All course content is based on the applicable national standards as well as relevant provincial or local legislation.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. For most courses, RNW provides electronic certificates for each participant upon successful completion.
What is the maximum number of attendees per session?
Our standard pricing includes up to five participants to maintain an intimate, high quality learning environment. Additional participants can be added and may be subject to extra fees.
Do you customize training for our specific warehouse layout or rack system?
Yes. While the core content remains consistent, we tailor the session to address the unique challenges and conditions within your facility.
What equipment or space do we need to provide for on site training?
We require access to a boardroom or meeting space equipped with a projector or external screen. After the classroom portion, we will need access to the warehouse for a group walkthrough.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that in a dynamic warehouse environment, schedules can change quickly. If your team needs to reschedule, we do our best to accommodate. However, sessions may be subject to additional charges if travel arrangements need to be modified.
